Client advertising and analytics data

When providing paid media, SEO, or analytics services, we access advertising and analytics accounts belonging to our clients — including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. We access this data only with the client's authorisation, and only to deliver the services they have engaged us for. This data belongs to the client, not to TMS Group.

• We access only aggregate account and campaign performance data — impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value.
• We use this data solely to produce performance reports for the client whose account it came from.

• Access can be revoked by the client at any time from their Google account settings, and we delete the associated credentials on request.
