Client advertising and analytics data
When providing paid media, SEO, or analytics services, we access advertising and analytics accounts belonging to our clients — including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. We access this data only with the client's authorisation, and only to deliver the services they have engaged us for. This data belongs to the client, not to TMS Group.

Google user data
Where a client authorises us to access their Google Ads or Google Analytics account, we do so through Google's official APIs using OAuth. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We access only aggregate account and campaign performance data — impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value.
- We use this data solely to produce performance reports for the client whose account it came from.
- We do not transfer this data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising, resale, or to train machine learning models.
- Access can be revoked by the client at any time from their Google account settings, and we delete the associated credentials on request.

Our website uses cookies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it, including analytics cookies from Google Analytics and advertising cookies from platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
